Low Fat Creamy Green Bean Casserole

Low Fat Creamy Green Bean Casserole

Best easy recipe for any side dish would be this amazing and delicious Low Fat Creamy Green Bean Casserole. It’s a classic family favorite and it’s truly healthy. We couldn’t be happier with this dish.

In our family cooking we eat a lot of veggies, so it is important to find all sorts of ways to eat them. When I was growing up, my parents would serve the veggies simply cooked in boiling water. We would then drizzle some olive oil over them and that was it. Yummy but not in my house. We like to be creative with our food.

To make this dish creamy delicious, we used onions, a pinch of flour,  milk, 100% natural yogurt and herbs. The topping is a combination of mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs and dry Parmesan. Wow!

If you are into cheese, eat healthy and a delicious side dish, try our amazing Roasted Cauliflower with fresh Italian Sausage. If you prefer, you can always make this dish without the sausage.
